  • We list your home in the So Cal (MLS) Multiple Listing Service, covers (Downey, Hemet-San Jacinto, Laguna, and Orange).
  • We provide a Seller's Home Warranty during the listing period.
  • We provide a picture slide show or virtual tour or both.
  • We provide a termite inspection with in the first 10 days (to find possible problems).
  • We advertise in the Harmon Homes Magazine (Riverside County).
  • We advertise in the Harmon Homes Magazine (San Diego County).
  • We advertise in the Real Estate Book Magazine (Riverside County)
  • We advertise in the Home Sellers Magazine (Riverside, San Bernadino, Orange, San Diego, and Los Angeles Counties)
  • We advertise in the Press-Enterprise newspaper.

  • We will install a brochure box with flyers. (on the for sale sign)
  • We will provide a calander of events. (for the first six week)
  • We will provide a seller's Service Pledge. (fire me program)
  • We have on-site mortgage broker to obtain financing for your buyers.
  • We pre-qualify lenders.
  • We follow up (keep you informed) at least once a week.
  • We handle all negotiations, paperwork, contracts and (counteroffers - if any).
  • We itemize your closing cost and give you a written estimate of your net proceeds.
  • We open up escrow and manage the escrow period.
  • We meet with lenders, appraisors, inspectors and other professionals.
  • We coordinate with escrow and you to have your proceed check delivered to you by mail, direct deposit or delivered to you personally.
  • We do not get paid until we sell your home and close escrow.
